30 DAY ANSR: Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with ANSR:’s performance and your skin’s appearance following its use, we will refund your purchase price. Simply return your ANSR: products within 30 days of product shipping date. The ANSR: products must be returned in the original packaging, along with all package contents and your original sales receipt. Please contact customer service at 1-800-719-9882 to receive a RMA number for return. RMA number MUST be marked on the shipping box for your return to be processed.
WARRANTY
Limited One-Year ANSR: Warranty by Oregon Aesthetic Technologies, Portland, OR 97210.
Your ANSR: BEAM is warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year under normal use after its original purchase date. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and only when purchased from Oregon Aesthetic Technologies, the ANSR: website or television offering, or a qualified ANSR: distributor.
If the product should become defective within the warranty period, contact ANSR: Customer Service at 1-800-719-9882 for repair or replacement. ANSR: reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available.
The warranty does not cover products damaged by the following:
- Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
- Servicing by unauthorized persons
- Use with unauthorized accessories
- Connecting to incorrect current and voltage
- Any other conditions beyond our control
OREGON AESTHETIC TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
